Riot Doesn't Think this is toxic *Please Help* Urgent*

This person still has not been banned, and there is chat proof of him harassing me on the rift and while I am searching for games. And I need help on how to paste a photo on this discussion board. I am doing this in hopes of a possible riot employee taking this report into consideration. He has sent me multiple toxic messages and he has still not been chat banned. To be clear, I am asking on how to make a photo a link so I can paste it and people can click on it to see the toxic messages he has sent me. And I have already taken the screenshot of his messages.

Direct link to Riot's Player Support Centre.

  • The primary category has already been selected.

  • For the secondary category, choose Game & Features.

  • Under the tertiary category, choose General Questions.

Mention the name of the player there as well as a brief summary of their misbehavior.

Naming & Shaming is not allowed on the Boards. Any posts with names of someone you want to report will be removed.

Please use the post-game report feature to report players. If for some reason you are unable to use that, you may submit a ticket to Player Support with the information.

Really, and you have such a bad butt hurt that you can't live your life any more ? I bet you are one of those fussy kids who feeds for most of the time and then wants to ban those who criticize you for feeding. If I were RIOT employee I would ban you myself for feeding and negativity.
