Perma'd For talking shit to a guy that talked shit first?

Basically, I got on my account today to play league of legends. I've always been a toxic player but i've never talked shit to my own teammates first. I've only ever responded to aggression with toxicity because there are some people who think they're better than everyone. On another note I've only had one temporary suspension from league of legends which was over a year ago. The chat logs I got back were absolutely toxic But there was no context to what the person wrote to me before to even start this. I'd be fine with a 3 week suspension but a perma ban because of 2 games where i talked shit as well as one of those games being to a player on the enemy team who starts shit first? The other one I flamed my jungler because the jungler called all of the laners idiots and shitheads for not winning lane when he never helped. Rethink the bans riot. If you cant unban my account I want everything on it refunded and put on another account that's level 30.

Someone else being toxic first doesn't give you a license to do it too. All you do is make it worse and become another problem. Mute them and focus on the game, and report them if you have to. Riot will not typically remove or reduce a punishment unless it was an error, and they absolutely do not transfer content between accounts.

your account is banned, your stuff is gone and you won't be able to do anything against it cause you agreed to the Terms of Use.

The problem is that I had absolutely no warning ban before getting the perma. I got chat banned twice for 10 then 25 games and thats about it. Personally I dont have a problem with getting a temporary ban however long it may be. Imo and the opinions of others I should've been given a 2 week ban. A perma ban for talking shit in two games is a bit much wouldnt you say? Again, the last time i got an actual suspension from league was over two years ago. And in one of the games which was the cause to my perma I shit talked the enemy team. And the idea of "he shit talked me first" Is a pretty valid one. In the court of law if someone attacks you then you are allowed to fight back aka self defense. If all of these people started it and I ended it why should I get a perma? Its a pretty childish idea but its a relatively valid one. If theres some entitled little shit on my team and hes calling everybody else trash im going to flame him because hes a dickhead. I shouldn't have had no warning pre-perma All these comments in here saying "if you trash talk you deserve a ban" is sort of narrow minded. Considering I said I did not have a problem with being temporarily banned. Let me say it again so that anyone else who sees this can know i said it I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING TEMPORARILY BANNED.

Just chiming in to give a bit of support to this statement, as I've been seeing a couple people suggesting the chargeback lately. I would never advocate this. I got banned for saying I'l report somebody for cheating and then again, banned for making a joke that triggered somebody while there were actually using swear words to offend me first. League ban system is over sensitive liberal nonsense, I'm quitting this game for good. I'm not into using 200 genders nor for allowing others to bully me, while I stay silent. Fuck you riot, and your retarded ban system.

most of the people on this board are just trolls and will always claim that your bans are justified and you are really toxic. i just think about trolls because i cant think about that they are serious, how can people be that triggered nowadays? how it comes that when i get insulted in a blizzard game like world of warcraft that i get no punishment when i shittalk back? maybe a gm will talk to you in private chat and you have actually a CHANCE to explain your messages. and now look at riot, THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT! their "everything is toxic" propaganda is really successful. and they know that almost every permabanned player will come back and have to buy their stuff again, thats why runepages and champs have the same prices and the ip gain is still the same. riot knows that. its all marketing!! i play this game since season 1 and i lost my main account in season 6 where i was already sick and tired of people who think they are the best for abusing broken champs. i litterally got banned for insulting champion kits on that account. and recently i got a 14 day suspension after 6months of being reformed because a enemy player tilted me so hard that i told him to stfu and he has no right to type for that champ he is playing. (ill post the screenshots when im on my main computer).

Flaming back at somebody who flamed you doesn't change the fact that both of you are ruining the game for the other 3 players on your team by spaming the chat with your pointless bickering.
