Champion Select trolls....

OK so I just went into a ranked game champion select and it was going completely fine. I was given bot and I was gonna play Draven , and our top laner was gonna play Rumble . But then he locked Draven for some odd reason, didn't say anything, and then when I was gonna pick he said to pick Rumble which I don't even own! He hadn't communicated with me before and just assumed that I owned him, then when I said i didn't own him, he laughed and said "Bye Bitch" being forced to dodge. Is there any way rito will ban/take care of these trolls??? I got a 10 min Queue ban for the BS. You need to address things like this rito pl0x.

its kind of a tough problem. because people are allowed to pick whatever champion they want in whatever role.

its hard to even see what rule this guy broke. if any i guess it was because he said 'bye bitch' which is mildly abusive.

Wait, he said "bye bitch" and you dodged? i dont understand. Why didnt u just pick another ADC and let him play Draven top? Dude didnt really break any rule.
