Friend Boosting, Diamond 1 Nunu Banned, Highest Mastery Singed, and More

I have found the League community to be very (mostly) split on these issues. Friend boosting: such as playing with your friend on ranked matches so that your friend can carry the matches for you until you reach a certain rank such as gold. Diamond 1 Nunu who was climbing very fast until he/ she got banned for the numerous reports and "failure to communicate." Nunu in-game name: Take the Draw. There already are some discussion on League boards. The rest of the topics should really be up to you guys. Please say any of your opinions on these subjects.
