Help with Leavers in Ranked

I hate how unfair and cruel the ranking system can be, but that is life. And I hate players that give up and don't want to play anymore, even though its a ranked a game. Recently, I had two rage quitters within the first 5-10 minutes of the game and a mid laner fizz that was not performing well (feeding). In ranked. So, I really want to implement a system like remakes! In remakes, you can remake a game without losing any lp because of an afk on your team. Basically what happened this game, was I had 2 afks... we lost and lost precious hard earned LP, which I was crying over. So, could we add a system of having afks who quit on purpose make it so you do not lose any LP. Please. Like, what would be wrong with it?

In dota, I read somewhere that if there is a 4 v 5, the team has the option to restart the game/remake/leave with no penalties. Yes, people could abuse it and just leave a game to remake/restart: but then just ban them/punish them (just like leaverbuster)
