I believe we can do better

I personally think that league of legends should have more than just the game modes it has for example it has all these roatating game modes right but we need more we need a game mode were you actually get placed with your perfect ranking because i've been having allot of issues with this game recently and i've just know come to the conclusion that we need more game modes i've had 5 straight losses in a row because i have supports that feed troll and are super toxic to me and the human thing to do is defend yourself so i do and then im the only one getting punished for such reasons and then i get banned ive actually been permanently banned on two accounts for things like these and its super frustrating how you allow these things to go on its very outrageous that they can say whatever they want and you dont do one thing to stop it but for some reason you seem to target the people who defend themselves instead of the aggressors in my case i feel like we need more game modes because we need people who wont troll. So you can search up exactly what you what and you get exactly what you want like saying you want someone that is a very good middle laner and does really good 50% of the time well you search up and you join the game i also believe this game should have a non punishable exit game mode because ive had to leave allot of games because my team is trolling me by following me and trolling me by taking everything i do as is happening for the past 5 games and even as we speak. I believe we should be allowed to leave notes about peoples actions and talk about what they do.
