My ADC consistently FF's

I'm not gonna tell who this person is because that is not my point in this post. However, there are those people that want to constantly FF before 20 minutes into the game. I'm kind of sick and tired of having to push no every 5 minutes because someone isn't having a good game, but this ADC on my team was actually doing well. He got 6 kills towards the early part of the game. He got ganked a couple of times and was punished for overextending. That's his fault and honestly shouldn't be our problem. He makes the game harder by not trying to play and constantly typing with a negative attitude and sending in forfeit votes. I just wanna play the game no matter if I'm doing well or not, because league isn't a game that is won by the beginning. It is won by good decision making and playing the game correctly. EARLY DEATHS DO NOT MATTER!
