It says check email to find out more when I sign in, but when I get on my email I don't have anything.

They don't send emails if you were manually banned. You'll have to send in a support ticket to find out why.

Be sure to check in your spam and junk folders, as it does sometimes end up in there. Did you recently file a chargeback? or an account compromise/recovery ticket? Also, when it said you were suspended, did it give you a date that you were suspended until? The date is often a code as well, that will give some idea as to what the cause was.
