so i was perma banned 1 week ago , for replying and defending myself from toxic , inting ,trolling players , in majority premades , who insulted me and harassing me and all i did is replying them and defend myself , and at the end they ask everybody to rep me and i m the one who got banned and they are probably now free playing .......... and i m the one who;'s living a miserable life .................

You were not banned for one game. Permaban is the culmination of a pattern of poor behavior, for which you receive multiple warnings, chat restrictions, and bans leading up to it.
Post the chat logs that are part of your reform card upon trying to log in to the game client. Also, have you recently received any other punishment?
You lashed out at your teammates for whatever reason and got reported over the things you said yourself, the system seems to be working.
You are free to post the chat logs, but considering your attitude towards the whole "defending yourself" blinding you to that fact, I don't suppose it will do much.
