Just mute the trolls to avoid bans? Nahhhh maybe you should fix your system

I literally got banned because I got tilted on some kid who was intentionally throwing the game. The kid calls JG, makes fun of our teammate for calling ADC, and i asked him why he was being a douche? Then he doesn't get smite, doesn't gank any lanes, and says he isn't even trying XD. Our whole team got tilted, not just me, but somehow I'm the only one who ends up with a ban, and some guys even told him to kys?!

Player suport then told me that next time I need to just mute the person and try my best. Try my best!? How are you supposed to just mute someone and ignore the fact that all they did was come in there and intentionally lose the game, and then troll everyone in the chat into getting tilted. He legitimately had over 3 reports guarenteed on him, but his one report on me gets me banned?

I get when you are tilted at someone for being new, but when someone intentionally tries to ruin your game, you shouldn't be punished for going off on them. If anything they should be the ones with the ban.

The whole ban system in LoL is flawed. I've never been banned for comms in any other game i've ever played until this one. I literally only learned from this ban that trolls always win, no matter what you do. If they troll you, you're supposed to just sit there, not leave (because you'll get a bs suspension if you leave, even if you have a troll on your team), and waste 40-60 minutes of your time getting a loss. But if you say anything to him, you not only get a loss, but you get banned on top of that? Wow, thanks Riot, you really taught me a lesson.

Fix your banhammer system, or anything honestly. It's too easy to get matched up with people like this that are intentionally trying to get people unhinged. I shouldn't get banned because some troll decided he was going to ruin some people's nights.

There needs to be something you can do to get a troll off your team other than muting him and wasting an hour of your time. It's not fair to the people that actually come and want to play the game the right way. Now I have to wait two weeks to play, because i told some troll to f off. I don't feel bad for it, i'd do it again honestly, so fix your system Riot, because your ban system is soooooooooo flawed it ridiculous.
