How can i not tilt?

I seriously need to answer this question. Like lately this game has been FILLED TO THE EYEBALLS with people that int and troll on purpose. And i'm supposed to somehow just be happy go lucky and not tilt and not say anything and not get upset? Games are supposed to be fun and this game is SOOOOOOO NOT FUN right now. I cant get through a single match without people trolling each other in one way or another. Be it inting, afk, raging, flaming. You can not have a single match without one of these happening, but riot seems to care more about their bottom line than actually fixing this toxic environment. This has got to end somewhere and the only really liable solution is to just play other games. Because unless you are a god and can 1v9 to carry your inting teams, you will just end up wanting to pull your hair out listening and watching all the B.S. people say and do to each other for no reason.

If i get any responses they will most likely all revolve around "high Ranked" players who have nothing better to do saying, "Get good" like that solves anything.

My problem is i want to work as a team to play a fun game to win a battle, yet all anyone does in this game now days is flame one another or just plan troll each other outright. I really need to grow up and stop playing this kids game. Guess i just felt like venting...

New season around the corner. Everyone is taking advantage of it and just being toxic because "hey everything will be reset soon anyways, right?"

Trolling and inting is punished. The issue is it's very hard to differentiate this from someone having a bad game. Sending a report, which most players seem to forget to do (usually impatience so they can get into the next game) or refuse to do (Because they don't believe the system is working when evidence proves otherwise). You want to not get tilted? Stop putting expectations on your team. Stop letting every little thing get to you. You call this a kid's game but a kid gets titled by the smallest thing. A kid puts blame on everything else and can't see what their flaws are.

To be tilt free, you gotta stop thinking like a kid, and think like a player.

The second someone starts being toxic, mute them and don't look back. Trust me, you'll enjoy knowing they are spamming chat about you while you farm up and u never have to read it. With AFKs and trolls theres nothing you can do. Always play for the win, but if you're in a game where the chances of winning are about .1% because of trolls it's a great time to try out a different item you may have been wanting to try on your champ. Make the best of it and use the time you would spend arguing in chat with them to test some strategies or items.

Best of Luck

That's the thing. It's a game. That's what you have to acknowledge. You have to find your own middle ground with the game. This game takes a certain kind of self-control to enjoy it. If you don't have that self-control then the game isn't for you.

Personally, if I find people being negative or I find something that I don't approve of, I mute it. I don't let anyone know about it, I simply move on with muting whatever is bothering me. If a player is trolling you, then pay them no mind. Because if you do, then you're doing exactly what they want. Then I just simply play the game. Because that troll will not find me entertaining. Win or lose, you move on. You try to play around it and enjoy the game to your own standards but not by other player's expense.

I've played this game since 2009. I've found my own goals, limits, and standards to enjoy this game. I know how to deal with trolls, newbies, player mistakes and griefers. One thing I know for sure about trolls, they never last.

I like to listen to Twenty One Pilots when I'm tilted. If I start getting upset, I blast their music (specifically 'Forest') and it makes me feel sooo much better :)
