Riot, please fix your report system, and add an option to report in champion select.

There are probably a million posts about this, and this post won't make any difference. But when I have two INT feeders on my team in a placement game, and neither of them gets punished, there has to be something wrong. When a troll says they're going to feed in champ select, it gives one of two options, either someone has to dodge (and lose a promo game) or everyone has to lose the game. Either way, the troll wins and gets away with no punishment (unless the report system decides to actually do something). Please add an option to report in champ select to force a cancellation of the champ select, with a leaverbuster or something on the reported player. So much unwanted toxicity would be removed with a simple change like this, but yet nothing is being done and the trolls get to go free. (Salt post)
