Voting to Kick Trolls Out of Champion Selection

People who troll and say "duo mid" or "top or feed" and other things like that need to be punished and not force the team to have a bad game because of them. Riot you should have a vote to boot people from champion selection. If three or more people vote yes to boot a person, that person is kicked out of champion selection and counts as a dodge for them. Of course this puts everyone else back into queuing but I think most people wouldn't mind that since they wouldn't have to play with a troll. This would help make the game so much better as you wouldn't have to play with people who are rude and trolling in champion selection. There are draw backs to something like this true, but I think the good it would do would out weigh the bad. Please consider this.
