In theory you could. But it would quickly get reverted upon manual review.

If that does happen just send a support ticket explaining the situation. They'll probably revoke the ban if they feel that the logs show that it really was unintentional. You're lucky no one reported you though. One report and you were done :p

"Kys" is a zero tolerance word,so if anyone reported you then your done.

Yes, if you misspell it twice you'll get an instant 14 day ban. The IFS is a glorified chat filter.

Honestly, I hear that kys is supposed to be 0 tolerance instant 14 day escalation punishment, but I've reported a dozen people for telling me KYS and not a single time have I ever gotten the feedback for it, so chances are you'll be fine.

Better not misspell keystone either. Or monkeys.

If you get punished you can contact riot support to unban you

Unless someone reported you I doubt you can get banned, If you do somehow end up getting banned because of this just contact riot's support, They'll most likely unban ya.

Yeah probably.

Since when is "Are you AFK Nasus" considered toxic?

Vreivai10/1/2018, 9:32:55 PM1 votes

My guess is that if you got reported for that, you will be chat restricted/banned because the system is incapable of considering context, but if you appeal you'll more likely than not have the ban reversed. There is the chance, though, that you'll get banned and have it upheld.

It'd take some time but accidents like that have been overturned in the past.

If you're not banned yet then you're probably fine.

i honestly don't think you would get TRULY banned for typing something wrong that was completely in context, and if you didn't get reported for that and you still have your account in about 3 days you are in the green!

Good luck on the rift! and have a great game and Day! and remember if you try your best and you will always be better than the rest

Lots of Love Sarah J.

If you could get legitimately banned for it, then riot would have to be completely stupid. If those 3 letters would always get someone banned then they would(or should) be filtered/censored no matter what. I don't understand why you have to act so worried.

I literally just brought this up 6 months ago when the "kys" thing was a huge deal and it got like 6 dislikes, and I mean the exact same thing (about miss-spelling "keys" in car keys). I was curious about it to and no one would give me an answer.

How often are car keys a subject of discussion during a game of League?
