Thoughts on a streamer mode?

I was wondering what the community thought on a streamer mode? IE anonymous names and randomizing other players' names as well. After watching a player intentionally feed a streamer's game, also while having the stream open, listening live. This person not only ruined the game for the streamer, the audience but also the other players on the team who had no choice in getting this streamer on their team. League games are not short. Averaging 35 minutes apiece these are commitments, that can literally mess with your mental vs a COD match lasting 5 minutes.

Riot does provide hiding names and muting chat all things which this streamer did. They muted chat, and hid names, to no avail because the person inting for clout just left the game to have their name on the screen in multiple places. Doesn't seem right?

I feel like this could possibly help put more focus ON THE GAME. Not only for larger streamers but also for people who want to focus on what they love the most about LoL. I feel LoL at this point is time is best known more for its toxic community and that's sad for a game I have been playing since season 3 trying to be one of the "good guys".

So idk maybe an anonymous mode with the next Ryze rework or Fizz skin? Just spit ballin here.

Are you wanting an overlay for streamers to use during their streams that obfuscates the in-game names of everyone, including themselves, so that

A) Trolls don't know the names of the accounts used by streamers, so it's not immediately obvious that IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII is Disguised Toast, and

B) If trolls are watching a livestream and notice that the gameplay matches exactly, they won't troll for the notoriety, because their own name would be obfuscated, and thus they'd not gain any public rage?
