I report my friend cause i was angry but it was just for little fun and he got banned for forever can you guys pls cancles he cried so much. Please riot his nickname is :bananabeef HE SPEND 200 DOLLARS IN THIS GAME AND HE GOT BANNED. HE CRIED IN SCHOOL. I REPORT HIM BECAUSE I THOUGHT HE WAS TROLLING BUT HE SAID HE WAS JUST BAD AT THRESH AND HE SAID HE GOT BANNED FOR 2 WEEKS AND HE DIDN'T PLAY LEAGUE SO HE IS JUST SO POOR PLEASE RIOT JUST 2 WEEKS BANNED IS ENOUGH I THINK JUST DON'T DELETE THAT ACCOUNT......

Hahahaha, I don't think he was banned because of you man. You need a bunch of reports to get banned. Or you need to be a huuuuuuge jerk (homophobia, racism, sexism, etc.)

One report doesn't get a player banned. Not even two. It generally takes many reports over a period of time to get your account escalated to a punishment of any sort. If it was a ban due to behavior in chat, it means he's been doing that consistently, and consistently gotten reported for it.

But without knowing exactly what his ban notice says, we can only speculate here. Can you get that information and get it back to us? It may not necessarily have been a ban due to behavior in chat.

he got banned for 2 weeks and he played right after and he kinda trolled cause he didn't played thresh like a month , and I report him just cause I was angry but I didn't expect he gonna get permanently ban. Your one report alone did not cause your friend to get permanently suspended, so I can assuage that regret. :P

A permaban requires either dramatic, overwhelming toxicity or a consistent pattern thereof, so it's pretty clear that your friend was ruining games for probably hundreds or thousands of other players before the final punishment was issued.
