So you have a bad game in which you just cant hold it anymore, in which you simply give up, in which you are aware that even if you tried it still would be a loss, is this such a punishable thing to do? I mean, I saved everyone a couple of minutes deciding to stay base instead of being flamed and l got banned for it (from one single game) Here's the chat logs. As always only the bad things I said in that specific game Game 1 The CatAsUs1: push The CatAsUs1: so what can l do? The CatAsUs1: fall back maybe? Just because this is the only game shown does not mean it's the only game since your 14 day suspension (which I assume you had) that you've been toxic and negative. The reform card will not show you older games that you were validly reported in but may not remember (i.e. it may take into account games from 2-3 weeks or a month ago but not show them in your chat logs). If you are being validly reported after a punishment, your punishment level will not reset. It takes good behavior to reset your punishment level.

Shan't I get chat restricted if that happened? I mean, if I was toxic enough to be one game away of perma shouldn't I get a chat restriction for some of the other games where I did smth bad?

No - your punishment will usually (but not always) escalate if you don't improve your behavior. If you get a 10 game chat restriction and don't improve, the next is a 25 game restriction. If you still don't improve, you get a 14 day ban. And if you still don't improve, you get a permanent ban, as you're warned in the 14 day ban.

Note that it doesn't mean "well i stopped telling others to kill themselves so i 'improved'" - it means improving to not being toxic in game at all. The game, however, understands that players may mess up once in a blue moon - and will not punish players for one sole game barring some form of extreme toxicity. Thus, it is likely that you displayed poor behavior in multiple games since your last punishment, resulting in your permanent suspension after this "straw that broke the camel's back".

I would love to be able to clarify how it's fair and understandable but I don't particularly understand your concerns. Please ask any questions you have - I'd hate for you to just concede without understanding why you're conceding.

Are you sure? I've been at honor level 0 basically since honor came out after I got a 10 and 25 game chat restriction. I never got out of honor level 0 or past checkpoint zero and then yesterday got a 10 game chat restriction. So, my punishment level must of reset while my honor remained at 0.

Punishment levels are more dependent on time and behavior than is honor. Your honor level will not go up just by playing 1 game a day for a month. However, it’s possible that depending on the exact situation you may decrease in punishment level across the same time frame.

Honor will only slow if you are validly reported. Depending on the severity of the offense, it may or may not affect your punishment level.

Well, your honor is a measure of positive behavior - it requires constant positive behavior to improve your honor level.

On the other hand, punishment level is based solely on the continuance of punishable negative behavior. If you have games that are borderline, they may affect your honor (because they’re still negative) but not your punishment tier (because they aren’t punishable).

  1. You're hiding that you had a recent 2week ban.
  2. Something's fishy about the chat log. For some reason the first few lines are in regular font, the middle part is italic, the bottom part is regular again. Looks like you edited it.

either 1) or 2) (or both) is true, I'd bet an Aurelion Sol Champion shard on it!

People who use asterisks (the ***** character) in game to blur out words frequently have their logs show up weird on the boards. Asterisks are used here to delineate italics and bold - thus people with asterisks throughout their log will have various things show up weird.

Yea, I can see that, and it could be true. But the first line that is Italic in his case is: The CatAsUs1: l can cleary see that you didnt lose it

It doesn't strike me as a line/sentence that would require any censorship, not a sentence he'd purposely put in asterisks. Imho more likely is that he had said something right before that or after it, deleted / changed it, without getting rid of the asterisks or so, which in return altered the formatting of his post. Just an assumption though...

When you've been 14-day banned, your account is on thin ice, and mild toxicity (like yours) can put the account over.

This punishment is not a result of one game only, but a punishment of your full past behavioral history and showing that you aren't able to reform.

LOL dude! Why do you even care? If you type anything in chat at all, you shouldn't care about your account. Especially a smurf acct. Just shrug, move on. The fact that you are even trying to explain anything to mouth breathers in low elo is your first problem btw. Just run around in the jungle until the game ends. No ban for that, thank me later.

If this is toxic why even allow people to chat lol? You can't express that you're unhappy that a lane lost? I get he has a past but CMON.

To coordinate with your team to play better. To socialize positively and encourage a healthy gaming environment. Not to make yourself feel good by putting others down. Not to blame and shame when your team is losing. Not to puppet the way random players play the game and conform to only what you think is proper gameplay.

If you'd like to write a treatise in chat on how much someone sucks, feel free to make premades with your friends and rail on each other in private.

Just make sure they don't "jokingly" report.
