I just had a game where my mid laner was afk basically all game and I have had these types of games before. These types of games should not count against everyone who is on the AFK/DC person's team. This type of stuff happens way too often and you guys have no system in place to compensate for this. Please for the love of all that is holy... fix this.
I'm gonna assume you mean Ranked, so, let me ask you this;
If players get to have loss aversion if anyone on their team AFK's (without a /remake vote being able to pass), what's to stop people from cheating and preserving their LP by having their friend duo with them and AFK if shit goes sour? Or, worse, what's to stop people from trying to bully others into AFK'ing so they don't have to take LP loss?
And then, of course, you also have to think about the other side - does the winning team just not earn LP from their win? Would you be willing to get no LP from a match where the enemy team had an AFK?
Leave buster used to temp ban players who left games. I just made a thread on that, I think riot should reintroduce temp bans from leaving games. Another idea I had was just banning them from playing ranked. So they could still play the game, just not any form of ranked. So flex, 3v3 or sr.
