When you get flamed all game and get a punishment.... as if I've not seen enough in 1 game

Alright, so I got banned for 14 days based on this 1 game where I was playing jungle rengar and my top laner was yorick (the one who was flaming me). Firstly, let me say that I believe I am wrongly being punished for this as all the things that I had said about yorick being bad were not "mean" comments, but straight up FACTS. He flames me ALL GAME, from 15 mins to 44. He dies from the riven in the mid game and spam pings me cuz I was nearby and I didn't react fast enough. Mind you, I had a chat restriction this game which is why I don't have a lot said in this game, so I couldn't convey to him that I didn't see him in trouble and that I was sorry. So the game carries on from which he picks on the SMALLEST things I did wrong and blames me for everything. He then continues to go in all chat and tells everyone to report me cuz I was "toxic and trolling" even though I was clearly doing better than him. At this point I mute him, BUT, he gets his 3 man premade to flame me with him and at this point there's 3 people spamming me and telling everyone to report me in all chat. Now, how is the stuff that I said, bad? If I get banned for saying that "yorick you are terrible" then this reminds me of kindergarten when I called a girl stupid and I got a call home lol. And the things I said regarding my skill is NOT considered toxic, its called bragging and I have read the Code of Conduct and I know that this is not bannable. Saying "getting carried by me" is considered bannable? Comparing scores is bannable? Stating facts is bannable? I dont understand how the fuck I'm getting banned for being flamed by a troll noob toxic 3 man.
