Because in N.A everyone instantly turns on you if you defend someone. Enemy nami pc messes up, by 3 mins there eve/vlad/kog flaming, cursing at the top of their lungs, i defend her, gg you are toxic buddy. instantly threatend with reports, no thats enough to get me permad wether i type or not. Honestly it's a sad game and ridiculous that you have to be a buddhist monk or socially detached to not get banned if you are a competetive player.
Keep in mind that defending other's through debunking their troll's lies is not the same as counter attack back.
I've never seen anyone here get banned for debunking trolls. But I've seen plenty of people mistaking their counter attack as a defense.
Reports alone don't get people punished, the system has the ability to filter out false reports. Typically there is something that made the other people's reports valid.
