My Account got hacked and riot support doesnt respond

So my account got hacked yesterday. And i submitted a ticket at 8:40 pm. Riot support still didnt respond. And im getting frustrated bc someone is playing on my account and i cant do nothing because they changed the password and if i try to reset my password i wont get an email from riot. I think he changed my email too. Pls riot i wanna play league again. All i know is that he is playing ranked and loses most of them i already dropped from gold 3 to gold 4.

An anti-boosting punishment wave just went out, so support will be swamped with tickets right now. Normal response time is 24-48 hours, and at this specific point in time it could be as high as 72-96 hours. While I know it's frustrating, patience is your best bet right now.

However, in about 34 minutes I believe that the Live Chat option will be available and you may attempt to contact them by that means! They should be able to help you more directly, just make sure you have the account name in question, the password it used to have, and the original email associated to it available!
