best riot games im 5 weeks diserhonerble i play normal and i help me team but i can lvl up sim still lvl 0 so caN you plz fix it cuz i wanna play pbe and i im not a toxic player and i got still lvl 0 honor lvl so pz fix it

The amount of time it takes to get back to honourable status isn't hard set.
Keep playing games and not being dishonourable and eventually you'll regain your honour levels and be able to Pbe again. Good luck in your games. [sg-ahri-2]
When you go to your profile, is the honor symbol covered with a lock?
You are not actually able to begin earning honor again until your honor is unlocked, and it takes a little while of positive gameplay before your honor will be unlocked. After that, you will be able to begin earning honor.
Honor should also reset at the start of the season unless you are still on a penalty.
Your on Eu, os English may not be your first language, but it would help if you wrote in complete sentences with proper punctuation
