Banning recommendations

TahmKench There have been some cases where the opposing team would say hurtful and/or meaningful things towards the opposing team which could relate to their personal day to day life which can really trigger rage and sadness from that person resulting in them being toxic. That is what happened to me and I respect the ban that has been upheld but when banning other people please take that into account. It would be great for riot to not just checkover what the toxic person had said, but what other people had said leading upto that person being toxic and truely seeing if the ban should be upheld.

There is no excuse for not muting the toxic player. Everyone is responsible for their own action. You're either part of the problem or part of the game. There's no in-between.
