Constant racism in this game and no one blinks an eye?

So im an avid league player. I have invested countless hours and money in doing such. I love this game. but what i DONT like is constant lashing out at me because of my ethnic background. Ive dealt with trolls, i had bad teams and ive lost games. but ive NEVER dealt with racial discrimination of this magnitude. i rarely report, but when i do, It for good cause. We lose games, i get that, so i dont report a player for having a bad game so with that being said, when i do report its usually when someone crossed the line. Rito is really streamline so when i report, I usually get a notification saying justice has been served and such but THIS time, the ONE time that i feel there is no room for this person to parttake in the joys of this game, i get nothing.... its been an few hours still nothing. My friend reported another one of our friends for telling him to Kys and he was permabanned in less then 5 min! so is this the message that you sending. that if a person is allowed to be bullied just because its racially targeted? if so then, id like my accounts that ive spent collectively 10k on over the course of 5 yrs fully refunded and i will no longer be playing league. I also wont be playing this game until something is done and yes, not that it matters. but i am an African American.
