I know somethings have to be automated with millions of players. But when I'm kicked from the server and I provide proof of it. Why do the people in support basically tell me, "Too bad. Can't be our 'glorious' servers you must have a crap computer." I feel after showing evidence, i should be given a sorry about that we'll fix it. I didn't even ask for a win for being kicked, because I was gone from the game for less than two minutes as I reconnected. And when I finished my game I was leaver busted.

I'm just lost and wondering if anyone can help or has dealt with this. I've been trying to keep my love for the game alive but stuff like this makes it very hard with soulless support responses.

It's not really that they don't believe you, they are just very strict on their policies to prevent abuse. They actually already know there are some connection issues right now and are working on it, but nobody gets loss prevention unless they turn it on. The vast majority of the time it really is something on the player's end; if you are having issues, please post on the Help & Support board and they'll help guide you through troubleshooting it.
