AFK Ban System

I feel that people disconnecting in games due to tilt and internet problems need to be handled by the players in the game. Sometime around maybe 5 mins of being AFK the other players on the team should be able to choose whether they want the game to end or not. As a result of someone being AFK for a significant period of time in the game I would like to see riot handle those players more. I find that in my games where players AFK I am still losing LP at the end of the game if a player disconnects after the start of the game. The AFK system needs to go through the whole game and not just the first 3 minutes.
