Wrongfully Banned, Here is my log, nothing to hide at all.

So today, I was unbanned after taking in a two week suspension. I came to the conclusion my actions were not acceptable, and that I must changed. I played I believe 3 or 2 games before arriving at my game that lead to my perm ban. I was playing shyvana jungle, and I had a Udyr top, janna support, velk adc, and lux mid. Mid way through the game my team starts to lose, and I am being flamed by my mid laner and support for not ganking and such. Lux dies first few minutes, spam pings me and I ask what? I soon die. Game starts to get out of hand, I make a stupid play top which ends up in me and udyrs death. Basically, mid and support start to flame me for not ganking as much, but the lanes were already lost at that point, so I wanted to farm as much as possible and hopefully scale back into the game. However, i am getting completely bashed by both lux and janna, to the point where its just irking me how they were never wrong and I was just 100% in the wrong. Here is the log for the game that got me banned, and I've seen other posts about perma bans about how they never did anything wrong, yet they never show their logs, so here is mine as i have nothing to hide. I cant access the VOD since I am perma banned. I would love for an admin or anyone if theyre allowed to rewatch my game and look at the entire game, for about 10 minutes im just getting non stop flamed by the lux and janna, meanwhile the udyr is going 1-7, I go 0-2-2, but im inting? I dont understand. If this isnt contestable in any way, I will admit my wrongs and move on from League. However, I strongly feel as I should not be banned simply because I was farming hard in order to catch up, while getting flamed by my team. If only I knew how to store my game and provide footage I would LOVE to, but I cannot. Anyways, hope this proves a strong case for me, if not, gg's wp.

Your entire log appears to be fighting, arguing, and being combative with your team, on top of being a generally negative attitude about the game. You were on your last straw - as was made explicitly clear in the 14 day ban message. If this was truly your "best" behavior then it was not good enough. If you were not trying to be on your best behavior, then that is your own fault.

A note about this kind of behavior - it's useless. We come to League (well, 99.99% of us) to relax and forget about the hate and pain in the world. There is absolutely no reason to start, participate in, or continue arguments or negativity. It defeats the whole purpose of why we come to League or other games in general. And it loses games - statistics show that people win almost 20% more games if they just spread positivity and not negativity. You had at least one warning your behavior was sub-par, and yet you still chose to spread arguments and negativity in your games - hence why your account was permanently banned.

It does not look like this ban was issued in error. You may be able to get another chance if you plead your case politely and due to the fact that you only had one game of negativity, but given the small amount of time after your 14 day ban that you returned to this behavior, it is extremely unlikely. If you do choose to come back on a new account - please try to spread love, not hate.

I would love to plead my case and hopefully be given another chance. In my previous two games, you could look at my logs for those games, even though my team was losing, I still said "gj" or "wp" in those small plays that we made. in this case I was simply being attacked by both people when I knew I was doing all I could. They both said I was feeding or inting, which was certainly not the case because I was simply farming in order to do my best to get into the game. I knew I was on thin ice, and my previous two games I was changing my attitude because I do not want to be banned honestly. I never received a ban on any game, so me being perma banned is a shocker to me. My previous games actually show a strong change in attitude, hence why I was complementing my team over small plays because being toxic doesnt help the team, and I agree with that. It was just very frustating at the fact that I was being pointed out for inting or feeding when neither was the case.

If its alright, can you show me where I could hopefully be given another shot at the game? If not, like previous said, I will move on and say gg's to the game.

Well, 1/3 is still a very very high amount of negativity. Think of it - for every 100 people you play with, around 30-35 of them have a negative experience - if that's the statistic. Ideally you are never toxic or negative, but if you slip up it's much less than one game out of 100.

I don't think 3 games over one day is enough to show a change in attitude. It is obvious that you did not have a change in attitude, because this game was able to happen. If your attitude truly had changed this game would not have happened now, or likely ever. Attitude is something that is not shown over one game - it's shown by your pattern of behavior over many games. While your behavior in 2 out of the 3 games may have been fine (I noticed you played 4 games, but I'm presuming the perma may have come during the fourth game so we are leaving it out, regardless the numbers still stand), you still were negative in one game, and it was a game that you should've been on your best behavior for. You knew you were on thin ice - the 14 day ban message made it clear and I don't think you're dumb - I think you knew you were on thin ice. If you truly tried to change your attitude, you either did not try hard enough or you did not try to make enough change.

You can submit a support ticket to request a review. As I said, I do feel it unlikely that this is overturned given the extremely short time-span between the end of your prior ban and the negativity displayed in this game. If you do try, good luck and I hope you can truly show an attitude change if you're allowed back.

I'm not trying to argue here, but it seems as if you are assuming over the games that I did not try at all to make a change. Yes everyone on the rift deserves respect, I read that and all, but clearly I was not shown respect AT ALL during that game, just flaming left and right, fingers being pointed, pretty much told me "Its your fault we are losing, get reported for feeding and inting, moving on". Its like what can I do if I'm going to get banned for playing the game towards the best of my ability? If you can, look at my other games, and compare the logs there to this game. Yeah I was on thin ice, but shouldnt the other players be held accountable? I was being ganged up on, and 3 votes of a report towards me and my solo report towards them, highy doubt the system will even look at mine and just slap me with the ban while they get off scot free.

Its all good though, I will make a ticket and hopefully get it reversed because I am changing in my attitude, but ONE game where I get completely ganged up on, in my opinion, does not warrant an immediate perma ban.

I appreciate that you're trying. It's important to remember, though, that others negativity cannot ever justify yours. Some people can see negativity and use it to play better, but many players feel the use of the mute button is better so they don't have to see it and feel tempted to argue back.

I think the best course of action there would have been for you to mute and move on. This wasn't an immediate permanent ban, you were in fact fresh off the explicit final warning. I hope if you get another chance you take this as a lesson that final warning in League means final warning. Any amount of negativity after a final warning risks a permanent ban - so do everything you can to not be negative.

If you choose to return on a new account I do believe you'll improve, you seem willing and able to do so. This is of course if you aren't given another chance - good luck again, and while this obviously isn't the present you wanted may good blessings come to you and your family this Christmas and New year.

Thank you for your help, if its possible the gift of a un-ban would be amazing for Christmas, if not, I will start from square one and simply move on with my head held high. :)

Gift of unban will not be sent at any occasion. Riot only unbans people if the punishment was in error.

Please don't imply this is ban-worthy. I'm already silent enough in games because I have basically nothing to give that won't fan the flames, but now we need dead-silent games if we are going to maintain a peaceful environment? Or do we sidestep and talk about the weather? All that was said was explaining his own actions, or repeating it for a badgering ally, unless I'm missing something...

The world is already rough enough for junglers. Please tell me there was some error in judgement. I'd like to know the line/lines that looked particularly "flamey"

Flaming is not the only punishable thing. This wasn't flaming.

However, this is a case where someone was argumentative, combative, and had a generally negative attitude the entire game. Given they played only 3 games after their 14 day ban, this was enough to get them punished as it was a quick return to negative behavior.

No matter the category of the infraction, I'd like to know where he stepped the line on this. He wasn't a cheerful pixie, but I hardly see the true sins that occurred. I understand this is likely following the "It takes two to argue, nobody is innocent" line of thought, but I don't think I've had many arguments where all I did all game was answer to orders and flaming comments from people. To clarify, I don't think anything in this game actually qualifies as a true argument, as seen from this side.

At very least, this is crazy minor. This is so minor, I'm having trouble understanding what you're even looking for in repeat offenders. Surely his offense before was off--the-charts worse than this. What kind of progress are you expecting from these players? Surely you don't think the halo fits perfectly so quickly?

Rule #1, and the only rule you need to follow in order to NEVER get banned: Don't say or do anything that isn't nice, helpful for your team, or is constructive criticism.

It's literally THAT easy.

How can you claim I didn't read the post? Were you here next to me? Don't think so... No, I did not shit on someone's face. In fact, you did, by behaving in a way that got you banned. Again. For good this time. And by the way you answer on the forum and how you don't seem to understand why it happened, it shows you still haven't reformed or changed the way you behave.

You are obviously trying to imply that I'm toxic over the forums, which is obviously incorrect since my only posts have been through this thread. But I imagine me insinuating an argument would be consisted "bad behavior", so a mute button for you would be awesome :)

Anyways, it's relatively easy to tell you didn't really read the logs. You are just being a clown giggling on his monitor because someone got banned. Actually most of your posts just legit shit on people about their bans. It seems you lurk a lot on these parts of the forums because you enjoy kicking a man while he's down. It's sad but like I said, I don't blame people like you. Have a good day! :)

Yeah, that log is pretty mild. I'd say submit a support ticket, and keep replying through the automated messages until a person actually looks into your case.

Tbh, I highly supporting reduction of toxicity in community and constantly reporting toxicity, don't find these logs applicable to ban. The person wasn't harassing anybody, basically one was giving somewhat constructive criticism without flaming or offending. This might be a negative attitude, but definetely doesn't deserve perma ban.

You don't need a mute button, you could just ignore posts you don't want to reply to. Easy as that ;)

It's relatively easy to tell why you got banned in the first place. Assuming character traits of people you don't know, insulting them, and still not realizing your own faults (which are obviously there, the proof is your ban), lets just say all that shows a lot about your own character. And yes, ultimately I'm sitting here in front of my screen, and I am laughing, because you got what you deserved, and I can still play. Twist and turn it anyway you want, one thing won't change: The fact that neither me, nor anyone else will ever encounter Relevancyy on the Rift ever again. [slayer-jinx-catface]
