add vote to dodge trolls in champ select

I just got in a lobby with our mid immediately spamming the chat asking people to dodge, saying our top laner was gonna troll and int all game. Needless to say, I dodged the idiot, but how about we just put in a vote to kick a player out of the queue (for solo queue). No one else see's if anyone voted for anyone, but if all 4 other teammates vote the same person they get pulled out of queue and perhaps have the chat logs sent to the tribunal. The only place this would actually be abuse-able would be in high elo where players know eachother, so just disable it for masters+ or something like that. I don't really mind dodging games when someone is clearly gonna troll, but it'd be nice to be able to cut back the penalty for me doing so. Not fun to have to wait extra time for a game because you didn't feel like playing an already lost game. This wouldn't really stop duo trolls, but those are far less common than the solo idiots
