Fix Your System It Is BROKEN!

I am so sick and tired of your broken automated Blitzbot penalty system that allows people to get banned for toxicity and racism but does nothing at all to afk players or players that run it down who cause the absolute most toxicity within the community! This waste others precious time and cause people to be demoted, lose LP and or get banned because they become toxic due to these players. I have reported NUMEROUS players that go AFK and run it down and I have never once received a message saying that player has been banned or punished. If I report someone for telling the team "you guys fucking suck" they are banned within 15 minutes and I receive a message thanking me for my report. FIX YOUR BROKEN SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!! I am tired of losing and wasting my time for afk players! I've had instances with 4 games in a row where it was a 3 or 4v5! This is and will be the last account i ever make for this game I love this game, I am a HARDCORE Esports fan that watches every single match year around, my kids play, my family members play, my kids friends play, but it is getting to the point that all RIOT cares about is their Esports and banning toxic players, not about the actual players that want to win and care about the game.

You know kids and the primary fans of online games LOVE watching toxic players that curse and rage because they are funny. Stop paying attention to those idiots that anyone can mute if their ears and feeling are so hurt and start focusing on the players that are truly ruining your game and community.

Thanks, I hope you actually take this to heart, maybe some of you can save future jobs. This game will die like any other if you continue to ban every person for saying "your mother sucks like you" and not banning the actual problem.
