Some help?

So im just chillin playing league with a couple friends right, we get into game and are doing our thing, alls well.

One of our randos is playing yi and isnt doing very well, potentially inting, though could have just been having a bad game, some words were said but nothing reportable on our end, just some casual banter.

he replies by just blasting racial and sexual slurs in the chat and continuing to int. After the game he sent me a friend request and me being curious, accepted it. He then threw some more slurs at me specifically this time and told me in a very unoriginal manner how i should kill myself. Any way i could bring to light this behavior and get this filth perma banned like he deserves?
