Bans Resulting From Getting Trolled

Hello everyone. I just received a ban on League. I understand the reasons for them, and why they exist I just have a gripe with them. I was just banned as a result of being seriously trolled. In blinds I called top, to which another player replied "fuck off" and auto locked singed. He then proceeds to run to the enemy base tower where he sits and poisons the waves, leaving me up top with nothing. At this point around 5-6 minutes into the game I have not seen one minion and am level 1 still with absolutely 0 experience building, and a level 3 riven free farming across me. After a bit of this, Riven goes back to the tower and kills Singed giving her her first kill. It is at this point that, admittedly I could have handled it better, begin to just start wandering and not trying. I end up dying a lot and not really helping the team because everyone is yelling at me and not saying anything to Singed. Here is my issue. My game experience was ruined from the start. I had no chance, the first thing said to me was fuck off and the first thing he did was run to enemy base to make sure I got no gold. I cannot quit a League game to start new one with someone who won't say fuck off first thing. I am stuck in this rift for 20-50 minutes with this guy. So I have to find someway to not be pissed and bored for that time, and not just sit afk. Another thing, nobody made any comments to Singed, they were perfectly happy letting me get trolled and having my game experience ruined. As soon as I start wandering and they start realizing late game they're going to have to deal with a fed free farming Riven, they proceed to blame me and tell me I'm getting reported for feeding when Singed trolled and fed first. Now after this experience is over, I have received a penalty for that game (2-week ban). I would also like to point out that yes, it takes more than one punishment to get the two week ban but most of my punishments come from situations like these. To me this seems extremely unfair, especially with no way to appeal it. I know I did not handle the situation the best I could but am I supposed to not care at all when the first thing said to me is "fuck off" and then I proceed to get trolled? This sort of thing seems really unfair to the person who's getting their game experienced ruined in the first place. It's just really frustrating and upsetting and I'm just not sure where to go at this point. Creating a whole new account is a whole other level of frustration that I really feel leads to more problems. I'll be frustrated I have no runes and keystones and champions all because someone decided to ruin my game experience. In turn I will handle future situations even worse from the frustration. I know the "just mute them argument" but that doesn't stop them from diving my cs and feeding my laner. No muting stops that.

firstly, proxying waves is how singed plays.

also, in blind there is no such thing as "I called it first", it's common courtesy, but no hard rules against that.

secondly, you don't get banned for 1 offense, unless you had a tonne of hate speech. If you did get 0-banned, then well, good bye and don't come back. Riot doesn't want such toxicity in their game.

The Singed player may have been a real jerk, but his holding the waves behind their first tower may not have been intended to troll you, it's a strategy called "proxy farming"; because the enemy has no minions to meet your minion wave, it pushes on their tower and makes it harder for them to CS the way they want and gives you more opportunity to kill the tower.

I highly recommend muting (speaker button by their name on the Tab scoreboard) anyone that is being toxic in chat, and if you can't play the way you need in your lane because of their interference you can move to another lane and help someone else, or just try to work with what you're given. You can't make them stop playing a certain way, but you can avoid adding more toxicity to the game yourself. If they are trolling, report them and let Riot take care of it.

If you feel your punishment was an error you should submit a Support Ticket and speak with Player Support.

Caring, getting angry, or feeling frustrated are all allowed, and are all understandable responses: it's awful to get flamed, or have an AFK or feeder on your team. The problem comes when you bring that anger or frustration into the game chat, making an already negative environment more negative for everyone involved.

Ultimately, you'll need to find a non-chat related outlet for those emotions that works for you, since Riot has been pretty clear that fighting negativity WITH negativity isn't acceptable, as that just means more negativity is present in the game.

First, it means you have a history of flaming, you didn't get banned for one game. What did you think flaming was going to do in that situation?

Trust me, I feel your pain. I was toxic enough to get myself perma ban(every ban up to perm happened within 2 months) and this happened within the past few months.(I guess all of these dang kids just finally got to me) I have NEVER been a player to call someone out for them playing bad, I only argued back with players who call me mentally retarded and such. LITERALLY only proving them wrong with everything they say, I end up getting reported.

Rest in peace 120 champs and 200k ip in runes. Feels pretty GD crappy to lose everything because a bunch of bully kids intentionally push you to being angry.

Singed was very alpha , very assertive. people respect dominant men. People gravitate towards us to be cooler, safer and more important. It's natural that they take his side over yours. You're like a fat neck beard sort trying to take a side opposite a guy with abs. Tbh, you got what you deserved. #naturalselection
