I feel like the game is to harsh on people who leave. I understand that the 20 minute wait time is meant to punish people who ruin the game by leaving but what about people who lose connection. I was playing during a hurricane and my power went off. Should I be punished by basically losing an houre and 40 minutes of my life. It just seems a little to quick to punish, and when it does it's to way harsh. I feel like the punishment I'm receiving is fit for someone who quite 3 games in a row. Not just one. I'm assuming I was already on a list of repeat offenders or something because the punishment is ridiculous. I dont remember leaving any past games recently. If that's true then the game should be more forgiving and take less successful games to get on Riots good side. I'm not trying to ruin the game for anyone but honestly the punishment is ruining the game for me. When I start a game I have the full intention of completing it, but sometimes life has other plans. Does Riot not understand that?

You don't get 20 minutes LPQ from one game. You have to pass through a couple of warnings, then 5 minutes LPQ. Only then do you reached 20 minutes LPQ. I know this because I have afk'd a few times myself and I have yet to reach the 5 min LPQ stage.

I'm not entirely sure this is an unforeseen event. you KNOW the hurricane was coming. What do you think will happen when said hurricane pass through all those power lines....?

Well it was a hurricane and you shouldnt have been playing at all at the time but i think that they should make a system that recognizes disconnection and leaving but that will be in the future atleast i hope will be.
