Toxic on forums

To Everyone. I was reading a lot of comments on the forum boards and you couldn't find one post without toxic ppl, someone complains because they don't like a change and the community jumps on then, If someone wanted to they could copy any forum page and someone would be charged with cyber bullying. I am wondering why riot doesn't make this part of the tribunal were players can get band for their conduct on the forums as well as in client. everyone has the right to free speech without getting trolled or harassed.

this toxic aspect of League of Legends is the worst part of the game! I was told as a kid if you don't have anything nice to say then be silent, It was good advice. @Riot Game - I was wondering if as a company this was a concern and if so what you might be doing about it?
