Reporting a player

I wish to report a player, i have sreen picture of his bahavior, but i need to send it directly to Riot. Can someone help me with this?

Submit a Support Ticket.

if it was pre/in/post game behavior, please use the end game reporting feature.

else you can submit a ticket to support.riotgames.com -> general game question -> account management (or something like that) and they will forward your report to the correct department.
