I haven't played for 12 days when I tried to log into my league account and it said " This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details. " I did not receive a email so i tried to contact riot support but nothing after 2 days from their first reply. Any suggestions or help? Would be very appreciated.
You can only go to riot on this buddy, players like us can't really weigh in on this kind of stuff. Although, you should put this in Help and support, this is where this belongs, not player moderation, unless you were ACTUALLY being toxic and got banned.
I find that putting it in the Help and Support Red's will reply rather quickly
Recheck your E-mail account, do you remember which one you used? Try to look in trash files and such.
If everything else fails, Ask Riot to help. They have helped me recover an account of mine I hadn't used for a year.
Advice I would add is be nice, add as much evidence you can...Don't bump and good luck friend!
If it's just a suspension it was probably locked due to security reasons. Just sit tight with the support ticket, don't bump it or make a new one (Sends you to the back of the que and makes it take longer).
it is the weekend so there is an influx of tickets (more people play during the weekends), and will take a bit longer to get to your ticket.
You should expect a reply by tuesday.
