False Reports

So I was in a game today playing some Akali. (My team didn't let me play Talon because we needed AP and my whole team refused to go AP)

I was losing lane to a Ziggs but I didn't really feed him in lane. My whole team was doing well except for me. After laning I ended up 2/6 and I didn't do a very good job defending against the relentlessly splitpushing Tryndamere. At the end of the game (my team kinda threw) my team was saying to report me. It went kinda like this- Player- Report Akali Me- Why? I'm having a bad game Player- Noob and salty Me- Is there a report for noob? No. Is there a report for salty? NO. And just let me clarify that I showed no signs of being salty. The only things I did were say "gj" when they did something good, "ty" when someone helped me defend, and almost nothing other than that. (until the conversation up there of course.)

And my team was being toxic enough that I know they reported me for SOMETHING. But I don't know what. Whatever it was I know it was a false report because I wasn't being toxic to anyone, or intentionally feeding. And i'm pretty sure nothing happens to them, but it should. Them being toxic ultimately made us lose the game and I don't think false reports should be allowed.

And if you truely did nothing worthy of a punishment, that report won't get counted against you.

well who said they actually reported you? and if it /was false nothing will come of it...

Yeah there always false reports. I've played with some people before, who always reported the best enemy for carrying. But the report-system is actually quite good and you will not be punished only because some people reported you. The system checks chatlogs and your itembuild/summonerspell to check if you were toxic or trolling.

False reports do nothing. They don't affect you in ANY way. You CAN NOT get punished due to false reports. So making falsely reporting not allowed would mean nothing.
