So riot pls answer me

So I just got perma banner for saying things like "omg pls to bit we are gonna lose" or "report him for flame" and stuff like that I got banned 14 days like 2 months ago and since then I tried not to be toxic and just because 1 GAME that I was pissed at my team for no communication I said things that I regret I was having a bad day problems at home and my lol account with maybe 4 years got banned because of it? Ok riot I read some discussions here for perma ban accounts and one of them a riot employee said "you do not get perma ban for cursing once or twice" now Im not gonna star with I spent a lot of time dedication and money here because it's pointless I just want to know why did you banned me for no actual reason I know that I use to be a flamer but I'm not anymore since my 14 days ban and I know you guys can see why I got ban so I don't know if some riot employee was having a bad day or something but ban me for some bad words one time? Yeah ok. And that being said pls riot just tell me why I got banned and if u realize that I am right try to at least redeam yourself as and at least put my ban for 14 days cuz that account means a lot for me and I can't imagine the amount of things I've done for that account. With that being said goodbye riot hope you upgrade your banning system

Do you have your chat logs? Those will help us figure out if this ban was justified after a 14-day ban in the past, or if this is one of the (admittedly extremely rare) cases where there may have been an error.

Depending what you said in that one game, however, you can definitely earn a permanent ban if you had a recent 14-day ban.

Riot really needs to back off on the perma bans. In general Riot isn't doing anything to stop the toxic people, only the rager. In recent ranked games I've had players screaming yolo in all chat and having a kda of 3/18/## now this player did not get any ban but I'm sure 1 of the people in game that were raging both on my team and the other team for the all chat spam got a warning or ban. So much of the raging and toxic chat that gets people perma ban is caused by a person trolling in ranked. Someone tilting in laning and keeps trying to fight a champ that can 1v1 with easy. Instead of punishing the result, "toxic chat", lets punish the casue for 1 month, "trolls, feeders". I would like to see what a change that would make, if any. To start and check this don't do perma bans just start with rank bans or 7 day or 14 day bans. Just a thought to stop the cause of most of the toxic chat.
