So riot pls answer me

So I just got perma banner for saying things like "omg pls to bit we are gonna lose" or "report him for flame" and stuff like that I got banned 14 days like 2 months ago and since then I tried not to be toxic and just because 1 GAME that I was pissed at my team for no communication I said things that I regret I was having a bad day problems at home and my lol account with maybe 4 years got banned because of it? Ok riot I read some discussions here for perma ban accounts and one of them a riot employee said "you do not get perma ban for cursing once or twice" now Im not gonna star with I spent a lot of time dedication and money here because it's pointless I just want to know why did you banned me for no actual reason I know that I use to be a flamer but I'm not anymore since my 14 days ban and I know you guys can see why I got ban so I don't know if some riot employee was having a bad day or something but ban me for some bad words one time? Yeah ok. And that being said pls riot just tell me why I got banned and if u realize that I am right try to at least redeam yourself as and at least put my ban for 14 days cuz that account means a lot for me and I can't imagine the amount of things I've done for that account. With that being said goodbye riot hope you upgrade your banning system

Do you have your chat logs? Those will help us figure out if this ban was justified after a 14-day ban in the past, or if this is one of the (admittedly extremely rare) cases where there may have been an error.

Depending what you said in that one game, however, you can definitely earn a permanent ban if you had a recent 14-day ban.

Riot really needs to back off on the perma bans. In general Riot isn't doing anything to stop the toxic people, only the rager. In recent ranked games I've had players screaming yolo in all chat and having a kda of 3/18/## now this player did not get any ban but I'm sure 1 of the people in game that were raging both on my team and the other team for the all chat spam got a warning or ban. So much of the raging and toxic chat that gets people perma ban is caused by a person trolling in ranked. Someone tilting in laning and keeps trying to fight a champ that can 1v1 with easy. Instead of punishing the result, "toxic chat", lets punish the casue for 1 month, "trolls, feeders". I would like to see what a change that would make, if any. To start and check this don't do perma bans just start with rank bans or 7 day or 14 day bans. Just a thought to stop the cause of most of the toxic chat.

No they need to increase the amount and frequency perma bans . No one can blame any one but themselves for their actions or reactions.

It does not matter if it is "ranked" its still just a video game and if you are going take it so seriously to the point it effects your emotional state that is a personal issue.

If you cant handle playing with random people and want to treat this like life and death stay out of solo que and just play with people who think like you.

No one forces anyone to "rage " the rager only has to look in the mirror for the true person at fault and they deserve and even harsher punishment than riot already gives.

I take it you have no problems going into a rank promo and someone on your team says well guess i seen this on youtube and i'm going to try AD ziggs. Not building any ap at all. then you lose your promo all for someone trying something that doesn't work and shouldn't be tried in rank. But you are OK with that and would take it with a smile on your face and you waste 20+ minutes of your time??? No punish that player because he ruined that game and 20+ minutes of everyone on his teams time. If i was to say ok going ahead but surrender at 15 if we are losing hard, i can be reported for that and banned but his troll is AKO. I can't even leave the game if we are losing very badly at 20 minutes without being punished but he is still just fine. No that stuff needs to be punished MORE and HARDER.

Nope . Unlike you it seem i realize that by joining SOLO que comes with certain risks

Actually YOU are completely in the wrong .

People are allowed to play for fun ..yes even in ranked

People are allowed to play first time champs , play a champ in any lane , build whatever they want on a champ

If you join expecting everyone to play the way you think they should . You are again wrong.

  • If you want to take your "rank" and promos " seriously
  • If you want everyone to play meta
  • If you want full communication and strats
  • If you want everyone on the team to take this as seriously as you appear to .
  • and you join solo que instead of a prem ade team.
  • Look in the mirror for the real person to blame ...you will defiantly find them there

I have lost promos as well ..but i play ranked for fun just because you don;t get anything for playing normal at least i am able to realize its just a video game and have fund during the game win or lose the outcome is irreverent

but hey I'm not down below where most of the problems are ...if your trying break out of there well keep trying I'm sure you will its not impossible

.. or you will smash your commuter while raging one day ...either or at least then you might get a good break for your mental heath

Doing something that you know will ruin it for others is never allowed in real life but its ok in LoL. If you are at the movies and I'm just talking loudly and not watching the movie, is that ok??? If you have so little emotional control that you take a video game so seriously that you stress and rage its not the players fault , its not the games fault its your .

the only things punishable are intentional feeding verbal abuse afk avoiding leave buster etc

Again your definition of a troll and what Riot thinks are a troll I do I pick non meta champs in non meta roles , but i do well with them I don't chat at all and I mute and report player s like you that think they have the right to circularize others and vent their frustrations in game . I also don't take ranked seriously and realize its just a video game.

That is only your opinion NOT fact .. Anyone can play any mode for any reason Just as anyone can play any champ in any lane for any reason

As said above If YOU want to take a "video game rank" seriously that is YOUR problem and YOU should consider that before YOU join a que that has RANDOM people in it because If YOU end up unhappy and don't have the emotional stability or anger management skill to handle that and YOU lash out at them its still YOUR fault even if they were legitimately broke the rules.

YOU are responsible for YOUR own action and cannot blame the game riot or the players for any action or response YOU do . That includes feeling like you have wasted YOUR time. YOU made the choice to join a game with random peole no one choose that for you.

This is not real life .

If you break RIOTS rules eventually you get punished. as you found out .

The difference is as i stated above you go in to the game with our one set of rules and how you think the game should be played . That is not publishable or wrong if someone does not agree with your style of play.

This is a video game and again see above YOU choose to play with random players so it is YOUR fault you are unhappy.

Not your personal ones or what you think should be punished.

Also this is a privately owned . Meaning you do not have the "RIGHT" to be here in the first place . YOU are guest and have the Privilege to be here . While here YOU WILL FOLLOW the hosts ( Riot) RULES and act in a Positive civilized respectable manor at all times or that Privilege will be taken away. I've never been punish I don't rage in game. I just get tired of dealing with people who do things that DO go against the summoner code which you seem to ignore. It says to not ruin the experience for others, so yeah there are riots rules, well more so guide lines than rules, and they do have set roles for champs it you select the support icon it shows champs that riot has deemed as support. So, nothing I have said in here goes against any of the summoner's code. My whole rant is just getting tired of people doing things that have less than a 10% chance of winning in pros hand and losing games so hard its shameful and wasting 4 other peoples time in ranked, which is supposed to be serious play, and goofing off. If i reread the whole summoner's code, there might still be something about how ranked is supposed to be taken seriously, but I am not sure on this. While we are on the following riots rules, isn't int feeding and ruining the game causing the rager also breaking riots rules? Casue and effect? If i taunt you and you hit me I still get in trouble, so if i ruin the game for you and you call me out on it, you get punished and I don't??? I still don't like that. I've also learned farther away from perma bans this whole chat also.

There is never any "context" or "justification" for responding to, reacting to any Intentional negative chat , action or play .

Also there is never any "context" or Justification to negativity commenting on something you simply don't like or what you consider "bad play" of any kind.

If you do respond to something you don't like in game legitimate or something you simply don't like

You deserve punishment . It really is that simple absolutely no "grey " areas

In others words if you cant say anything non-sarcastically positive don't say anything at all.

The facts of random que

  • People will not have the same views as you

  • They will not take ranked as a serious as you.

  • There are legitimate toxic people who join games for the sole purpose of ruining it for others ( intentional feeders etc )

  • Riot themselves have stated that no one would ever be punished for non meta non role champ choice.

  • That means anyone is free to play any champ in any role at any time that is not being a troll breaking the summoers code,

  • No one will be punished for muting the team and not speaking in chat so if you think you can report someone for refusing to communicate your wrong. they are not doing anything breaking the summoners code or riots rules either,

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do >not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for >offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

If you can't handle all those factors and you keep joining solo que you and your own choices are the problem So stop trying to use the "summoners code to" shift the blame for YOUR displeasure on to other people when you keep choosing to play with random people

Again simple solution

To put it a different way - Why would you keep touching a hot pot handle if you know it hurts when you do?

that is how illogical you are being you keep grabbing the handle blaming the handle because you think you should not have to use an oven mit and the handle should conform to your wishes.
