What are some of the reasons someone could get banned?

I know that you can get banned due to bad behavior in games (and also afking a bunch), but I was never really clear on other ways your account could get banned. There is probably somewhere they have a list of rules besides the summoners code for that stuff, but i dont know where to find it. Thanks in advanced.

3rd party program usage
account charge back (will be reverted after payback)
security reasons due to suspiocious activity
ELO boosting
purchased accounts
verbal negativity
hate speech
homophobia
intentional feeding
trolling (e.g spitting team into enemy with kench)
griefing w/ negative behavior
excessive rudeness on boards
botting
role stealing
impersonating riot employees (will be reverted after name change)
Running scams (Account phishing sites)

those are the few common ones I can think of.
