I am being accused of using 3rd party program by Riot. What do I do?

I am missing my summoner icons and championship skins I earned in season 1 to 4. So I sent Riot a ticket saying how my rewards are gone. First they tell me that I was never ranked in season 1 to 4. I was Bronze Season 1, Silver Season 2, Plat Season 3 to 4, and then they tell me I was hacking without any proof. They say they have the proof of me using hacks but they don't want me to see it because the next time I "hack", I will know how to prevent this problem. I've been talking to them for about 2 weeks now, and all they say is that I am hacking. So they just gave up on me and said sorry you're not getting it back. I have never used hack in any of the games I played. I don't even know how to so I don't even bother. Also, even if I could, where's the fun in that? If you guys want to see the conversations, I think I can edit this and put some screenshots in here.

You can't do anything. There are lots of things that could cause them to ban your account.

You could have:

  • scripted
  • gotten an elo boost, which usually involves scripting
  • used a third party program that modified the client files, like MKLoL
  • manually modified some client files, like to have more screen real estate
  • bought this account from someone that did any of that
  • shared your account with someone that did any of that

Honestly, there is really nothing we or you can do. You are either telling the truth, in which case, Riot made a mistake that they refuse to acknowledge and reverse, which means there is nothing we can do to change their mind, or you are lying, in which case, your punishment was just and deserved. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know which is the case.

However, I just discovered through lolking.net, that you did place the ranks that you said you did, which adds legitimacy to your story. could you maybe post screenshots of the conversations, so we can see exactly what Riot said?

But there is little practical help we can give, since if Riot answered you negatively, there seems to be nothing you can do besides bug them and hope for the best.

Either you used cheats or shared your account with someone who did.

You admit to it. rito's secret system is never wrong.
