Try submitting a ticket.

But namedropping on the boards is a big no-no so this thread will likely be deleted.

Oh sry I blotched it out. I didnt see a section for reporting this kind of thing via tickets but I will look again.

No, its because they dont care about private messages and support tickets regarding player behavior are just replied to with a copy paste and closed with no action taken.

I had a guy named Kill-All-(N word) for his summoner name, spamming N word 100+ times in a game. Reported after game and via ticket. Guy is still playing, with the same name no action taken. This has happened enough times that I see the pattern.
