Is there any chance my account can be unbanned ?

Dear Riot Games & Riot employees : Dear riot workers. For quite some time I have banned my account and I would like to beg and apologize to the community, to the game and to everyone for my attitude ... The time has come and I want to play Leagoe Of Legends more than ever ... I could promise you that I will never get angry with anyone else ... I will never insult anyone else ... But I need your support please, I really wanted my account, and right now I'm regretting what I did ... I am writing this, after 1 or 2 years after having banned the account ... But please understand and please let me go back to League of Legends and I will promise you that I will never insult anyone else and I will always going to have a good time and do not get angry ... But please, please! Unlock my account please I beg Riot Games! Greetings and please, I hope you understand, since I am very fond of my League of Legends account and decided to return!

Once an account has been correctly banned for behavior, that account is never unbanned. Riot tried a reform program previously, and it met with a very high level of failure -- so high that the practice was discontinued.

Here's the relevant text from the above:

"The Level 20 Challenge started long before I came to Riot, but I immediately shut down the program because it was an experiment that wasn't working out. In the program, 95% of people who tried the challenge failed and actually made games quite miserable for a lot of newbie players--I still feel bad to this day that this happened."

"So who deserves a second chance? It's hard to say. I've seen 2 cases where Pendragon or I have given a player a second chance. The variables and conditions were very different, but I think you are missing one main point: permabanned players have up to 4-5 or more chances before they reach that point. Before that, they can reach out to me, Pendragon or Player Support and in many cases people like WookieCookie have responded with advice on how to avoid future punishment."

Like the name permaban suggests, they are permanent, they never get lifted unless given by mistake.

Unfortunately, Riot Games does not allow lifting perm bans. What I suggest to do if you really want to come back is Create another account. Buy just a couple of XP boosts instead of anything else at that moment.
