Pretty much straightforward here.
I always block flamers and trolls after games, so I wont ever see them talking again. But since the new champ select is released they are unblocked in the chat there and can already write tilting or mean things AGAIN.
Can we please FIX that. Thank you.
Riot thought it was a good idea for "communication" to enable abusers after game because REASONS!
Are you muting them, or puting them on your ignore/block list? If you just mute them, it only lasts for the duration of the game. If the latter, you might want to consider filing a support ticket or posting to the Report a Bug section.
Do you know if it blocks chat with ARAM or Blind pick lobbies? If so, it sounds like the problem is with the dynamic queue changes.
