How does the RIOT Report ticket system work?

If someone reports you (no way of knowing on your end whether or not that happens) your logs are reviewed. If they're found to be negative, you can be punished. If no one reports you, you are not punished, regardless of what you say. Punishments are periodically and randomly reviewed by staff, but they have a low false-positive rate. If you want someone to review your punishment, submit a support ticket.

It has a good chance to wrongfully ban people now so i wouldn't trust the system.
