How does the RIOT Report ticket system work?

Im just curious how the system flags you and what the Rioters review

If someone reports you (no way of knowing on your end whether or not that happens) your logs are reviewed. If they're found to be negative, you can be punished. If no one reports you, you are not punished, regardless of what you say. Punishments are periodically and randomly reviewed by staff, but they have a low false-positive rate. If you want someone to review your punishment, submit a support ticket.

It has a good chance to wrongfully ban people now so i wouldn't trust the system.

I would like you to please point out 2 or more cases where the system messed up and it wasn't quickly reversed (sometimes even before someone could post on the boards to reverse it).

They get posted on the boards. I'm sure you would know assuming you read the posts/work on the boards but can't say for sure. I also wouldn't be surprised if they were deleted to cover up the flawed system.

I can see threads that are deleted - and I can assure you that the ones deleted on Player Behavior are done so as they're either complete trolls (i.e. made up chat logs) or they have no substance. The moderation team strongly prefers locking threads instead of deletion whenever possible for this exact reason.

That being said, I know there's nothing I can do to change your mind - but I do read the boards, and I do not see hardly any cases of incorrect punishments - and those I do are either already fixed by Player Support, or Tantram quickly fixes them.
