Seriously this 20min low priority has to stop

I don't AFK, my connection goes out when its bad weather outside. This 20min queue bullshit needs to end, as it already takes 10 million dodges just to get a match that lasts 40mins itself. I understand the policy of punishing "AFK'ers" which is absolutely fair, but again I'm not one of those people. My internet went out for two matches and I came back to them BOTH, calm down Riot jesus christ its luck that people are addicted enough to play this game anyways. There needs to be a new system that can tell riot the difference between an "AFK" and a lagger.
