I had to AFK twice in the last two weeks. Once because my daughter work up from and started screaming bloody murder and the second because work forced me to go in.
Twice. Otherwise the only other time I remember going afk was months and months ago.
Now I'm stuck with a 20 minute punishment for five games. How is this fair?

Finn Teh Human1 votesHere's the thing. The system doesn't have reasons for leaving. It just punishes you if you leave excessively. I've had to leave a game every once in a while and I haven't had something like that in a long time. (And when I did get the 20 minute punishment, it was because my power went out/internet was changed.) Does it suck? Yeah. But if they had appeals depending on the reason then everyone would come up with some excuse. I understand it wasn't because you were trolling, but you still have to realize you ruined 2 games for your teams.

#Because no one in this game has to give a damn about your work or your family. Those are YOUR problems. When you make them OUR problems, by leaving games, then you get punished,

Nulllight1 votesBuncha dicks here. However, it warms my heart that most of you who responded in such a negative manner will most likely die alone and childless in their parents basement.
Also, one of the games I had to leave right at the start. Didn't they implement some sort of "remake" system for when that happens?
