What the hell is with this season

Like seriously guys, can someone explain to me, why all of a sudden there is so many trolls on this game. 3rd or 4th game in a row i get someone who just locks in a champ and goes duo lane to piss off people all the time. Like i report them after game and everything, I specify every action they make to help the tribunal to ban those toxic wastes away, but apparently no one cares about it, they even admit in game that they don't care and they won't be banned. And sadly I am starting to belive this, they should implement some kind of freakin response system to the player reproting at least to give me some reassurance that the guy get punished for ruining my game for 40 min. In the last 20 games or so I reported more people than through out 2 last seasons playing this game. Not only that but lately I decided to do some cases, to maybe feel better and put few people on the ban list, but to my suprise the system is down, now the question is for how long and what kind of secondary system decides the fate of cases because this is ridicolous how many people get away with this kind of behaviour and no reward on the end of the year for good behaviour will change it, there should be a instant punishement method to make this community a little better....

The smart trolls for some reason concerned about their kda and winrates on their best champs, so somehow they work the system to where they only play games they want to win with those champs, as soon as you get caught in one of these fixed games, they immediately switch to a champ they have never played, or played once or twice, and/or have an absolutely atrocious win rate on.

In this manner they can always insert a level of doubt if riot ever investigates, riot just see that it's a new champ for them, so of course it's perfeclty normal they fed and did nothing all game but run around looking busy,

it's an ongoing scam, and I'm sick of it too.

you got that wrong. thats not how you abuse the system.

it works like this: go to your mid laner and feed his enemy 2-3 kills by running into the tower. say you have some insane ping issues. after that play normal. report flaming mid laner.

because the majority of players are in silver (and bronze) its a normal thing to die to the tower a few times. hell once i got a quadra kill because the enemys thought it would be smart to tower dive me at lv 1 because i was adc and my sup was afk lol. just do this and keep on playing normal, nothing will happen.

or play nunu "top" and follow your jungler smite and eat all his creeps away. the top laner taking some jungle creeps and roaming is a legit strat. just report your flaming jungler.

thats how you abuse the system. not by some winrates on champs sry.

^ this is the kind of thing riot doesn't pick up both are true the trolls are getting worse this season and I started on another account season 1..... just wish riot would fix this.

well its hard to fix.

for the first scenario "feeding" would be a lot more punishing. having a bad game aswell for the 2nd, they would force you to never leave your lane.

its hard me personally i have no idea how to fix it.

It actually isn't that hard especially with the tribunal imo. I am ok with people having a bad game or even feeding it happens. However people who flame in pre or post lobby or troll and try and intent lose the game that's a different story.

They should add an option to add small jpeg files to reports or small low res video clips to let the players judge if the guy is trolling, if he afk's running around on fountain, or lvl runs under towers just to feed your lane (no I don't mean a bad dive) I mean legit just tries to feed your lane. Players can see this and push it through for a ban would be an easy fix.

Also you could do a pre game voting system (yes I have heard all the arguments against the system but it is usually by people who have trolled themselves)

Here is how you do it it takes a majority just like the surrender vote

what if premades abuse it? Answer: Separate solo que players and premades.

Ok so that keeps premades from abusing the system but won't this increase que times? Answer: No in changing this system you also implement a single player replacement, so instead of going back to que and having to find all five again you stay in select and find the kicked troll or player who dodges. This also leaves the penelty on the person who dodges and does not increase que times. Thus actually shortening que times.

Ok well what if I get matched up with that player again? Answer: If riot treated it like a block it would give you less probability of getting placed with that player again.

won't that be harder for higher elo players? since there is such a small pool to play from. Answer: yes that could be an issue, perhaps you could issue it to low elo players where the majority of players reside. Riot has over come many system flaws they could surely fine tune a voting to kick player in lobby system.

Furthermore this system would discourage trolls from trolling if they had to face harsher punishments.

Everyone should abuse the system so riot can fix it; I got 2 perma bans and now I'm abusing the system to get many bans as I can. I know is shitty, but Riot searched 4 me. Good luck good people, I'm never using the chat again, but I'm gonna feed sooooo smart... so people can say shit on me, but then get ban. people gonna hate you riot, cya. I'm in LAS anyways, so don't fear of me here on NA

^ so true just make sure you don't call them bad in game because riot will give you chat bans then account suspensions. I know I called a troll bad and a guy who told me to "kill myself and hoped my family gets cancer" a moron when he raged me all game for him getting caught out in the jungle after he trolled my jungle. Oh and riot never gave him a chat ban ran in to him multiple more times where he was just as toxic and in all chat. It's ok to troll people just don't call someone bad or moron or fool because rito won't stand for that. It only ruins the game if you are verbally abusive not if you try to make your team mates lose just cause you are tilted < riot logic.

Agreed. Just got a perma ban because I called an afk farming JG Yasuo garbage after he went 0/8. He and his premade all chat saying I'm toxic. Next thing I know...Perma ban. Such a corrupt company.

Sorry to hear that I understand getting a ban at cussing someone out but getting bans for calling people bad, garbage, trash, moron or idiot after they troll or intentionally try to lose the game is absurd. (Not talking about bad players, players who unintentionally feed or are just having a bad game. I am addressing the massive amount of players that go out of their way to try and lose just to ruin someone's game).

Played since Season 3, and now done. About 8 out of every 10 games has involved 2-3 intentional feeders going into the 10+ death range and effectively ending the game(towers means the game is ridiculously snowball at the moment) within the first 10-15 minutes of the game. Then you get to spend the rest of the game circling towers in a desperate attempt to slow the siege, which doesn't work because the wanna be aramers dive them and inevitably die more. Then you have to mute them because they are throwing harassment. Game over? More harassment. Check out their match history. It's a bunch of people doing the same thing over and over and over. Send reports with text of what they are doing and for Riot to check their match history. Never a msg saying you've helped stop a troll,etc. So back to being "stuck" playing my PS4, Civ 5 on PC and all the rest of the Steam games I have that don't involve being called a "fuck %%%got" or told to "kill myself",etc. Cheers to you in this thread sticking it out, but honestly I think you should move on. There are better games and better communities and better companies out there. It is way to easy to abuse the system in this game and Riot apparently does not care.

well the thing is, the longer the game is out, there are going to be an expanding # of people who just troll and are just plain A-holes because thats just how they get their kicks. theyre just not getting enough attention at home so they take it out on other people on the internet because virtually there is no punishment other than losing the account which they dont care about. At bronze-silver there are a ton of trolls and in gold-diamond there are still trolls. the game got bigger and more popular and in turn so did the amount of toxic players. its just something that cant be helped. at least you dont see that many cheaters in this game like oyou do with other games like Csgo.
