Seriously?

I've put a lot of time, money and effort into this game. I have said stupid stuff and raged. But getting a permanent bane because of this? What in the hell is going on? This does nothing to people who are trolling and who don't care. I've invested a lot of money into this and when i get put on a Ranked team that feeds and i rage, the justice is ban the guy who cares. Fuck the trolls and smurfs and people elo boosting. They can keep on doing that. Instead, We Here at Riot want to encourage trolls and people who create new accounts to continue not getting punished while people like me who are frustrated and clearly tilted get fucked. And you don't even include all the shit talking everyone else did to me, just what i said. Another thing is the fact my ability to play this game is solely left in the hands of the Trolls that caused me to rage in the first place is unacceptable. I was off having an off game, that coupled with the other players who didn't get punished and after two games I'm permanently banned from League of Legends?

If the crime im guilty of to get permanently banned is a feature the dev team cant figure out that i have to mute people every single game and there is no universal mute button i can press, then what the hell? It should be made to where im permanently chat restricted. Not permanently banned from the game. Seriously.

This is unfair.

You were verbally abusing, harassing and using hate speech towards players in your game because they were doing well. Doing well in a game is not trolling, cheating or against the rules. If you feel that someone may be breaking the rules you have the option to submit a report, attacking them only risks your account receiving a punishment. Looking into your account you have previously received multiple chat restrictions and a two week suspension for your continued negative behavior in games.

You have been given 2x 10-game chat restrictions, 2x 25-game chat restrictions, and a 14-day ban (which warned you the next would be a perma) before this. Not to mention the numerous penalties prior to the implementation of the escalation system.

This is unfair.

If the above points were not enough, your chat log from game 1 contains hate speech. We have stated many times that we have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech.

Behavior like this is not tolerated in the League of Legends community.

Sorry man. Permabans are not the first punishment you get. Maybe you should have stopped using chat at the 14 day ban.

You're letting other people control your emotions. They are not forcefully doing so, you are letting them. I highly suggest you work on that.

I've said this before, and even made my own thread about it, but I'll say it here.

If you really wanted to even try appealing your ban, demonstrating first-hand that the ban was justified is a very poor way to do it. You hate the system, that's fine, but proving it right won't change it at all.
