Account randomly permanently banned. No explanation. No email.

Why is Riot automatically suspending accounts without any email explaining why the account is suspended? I tried to log into my account today for the first time at around 12:30 pm to play a few games of Ascension before I get back to work, and to my dismay, I found that my account is PERMANENTLY suspended. I have never had a temporary suspension before, however, today I am permanently suspended? The notification insisted that I check my associated email regarding this ban. I checked my email, no email from Riot. The last email I received was a confirmation of my payment for Riot points that I used to buy a Fiora skin.

I have no idea why I would be permanently suspended, and I doubt Riot will bother investigating this issue. The only penalty I have received throughout my entire league experience...spanning 6 years is the low priority queue, which I only had once about 2 months ago. The reason being is because the client kept on freezing during champion select, therefore, causing me to automatically leave. And the client would just remain on a dark screen when attempting to load into the game. Mind you, this only happened with the new clients. The only other explanation is if my account was accessed by someone else, but I don't recall giving out my password. Unless of course it was hacked.

Anyway, why doesn't Riot put some effort in actually investigating such injustice to consistent players who have done nothing requiring a permanent ban? I have had only one account, purely for fun, I don't even play rank aside from the Twisted Treeline flex rank that recently appeared because I love Twisted Treeline. It such a disheartening event. All my investment into that one account now completely gone. I doubt I will be able to recover my account given the post I have read regarding suspended accounts and Riot not bothering to give you a chance. I honestly, expected more from Riot, especially, regarding such a serious event. We need to raise awareness about things like this happening to players, it may not happen to you today, but someday it could. Thank you in advance for those who took the time to read my post. I believe this is the end of the line.

Edit: I have been told that being suspended means that Riot has detected suspicious behaviour and will get back to me. Hopefully, this is true. I do believe I have been hacked because the hacker replaced my assigned email with his/her own email address. I requested an email and password the change, but Riot sends the code to change my password and email to the hackers email address, therefore, I am unable to change neither my password nor my email.
