So first off this is naming and shaming, which isn't really allowed on the boards. You're not going to get any action brought against them here.
You should open a support ticket if you did not utilize the end game report system. You can use either to report offensive names too.

Okay so i keep seeing people talking about sending support tickets, you can no longer send a support ticket to riot about player behavior they redirect you to the boards because as i've stated, they literally don't care. IF you didn't report them in the post game screen then there's no consequence to their actions, even so if you did report it will likely not do anything or take ages depending on reports they receive in the next couple games. Number of reports is all that matter to get the report bot to scan their logs. Unfortunately there's no solution to the issue with this community until riot decides to do something so just try to ignore it. If you don't enjoy the game enough to struggle through it though, it'd be understandable. There are other games similar to this.
