i just got low preiority queue and am forced to wait 20 min for 5 games :/ because i made a late of 30 sec in the start of the game ....so plz riot remove this punition that i don0t deserv .

You only get LPQ after a history of repeated games of going AFK. You are expected to be ready to play at all times from when you've clicked the 'Play' button till the game ends.
If you are AFK for more than 3 minutes at the start of the game, your team can remake so as to avoid having a serious disadvantage. This in turn makes wastes time that is passed on to you as a punishment.
We on the boards can't do much to help you anyways, we are just normal players. You would have to contact support for matters like this. That said, it's extremely unlikely you'll have the punishment lowered or removed because of the above mentioned facts.

If Riots system gave you it, you keep it. That's the whole reason they have that system.
